Preparing for your test
- Fasting sugar and lipid tests: no food for 8 to 12 hours; plain water is fine
- Take your regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise
- Bring your doctor's prescription and any previous reports
- Early morning is the best time for fasting tests
- For ultrasound of the abdomen, you may be asked to come with a full bladder or after fasting

Do I need a doctor's prescription for a lab test?
A prescription helps us run exactly the tests you need. For common tests and health check-ups, call us and our team will guide you.
Do I need to fast before a blood test?
Only for certain tests, such as fasting blood sugar and lipid profile, which need 8 to 12 hours without food. Plain water is fine. Most other tests do not need fasting.
When will I get my report?
Most routine blood test reports are ready the same day. Some specialised tests take longer, and our staff will tell you the expected time when your sample is collected.
Do you test for dengue?
Yes. We offer dengue, malaria and typhoid tests, along with platelet counts, which are especially important during and after the monsoon.
Is CT scan available?
Yes, CT scan is available at our Medchal branch. ECG, X-ray and ultrasound are also available for faster diagnosis.
Is the lab open at Shadnagar?
